High quality hotel with attentive staff and fantastic spacious rooms

Pros: This is the first time I have stayed since the new wing opened. The new rooms are exceptional, beautiful decor and perfect layout.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It is a great location to travel to and from my place of work. The staff are always courteous and professional and the hotel is always very clean.

Lovely hotel a little pricey, though clean and huge rooms

Pros: Rooms very spacious. Lots of parking and staff very friendly. Food very nice but expensive.

Cons: Considering the price of the room, there was no crockery just small cardboard cups. Fridge in the room but it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in it for arrival. Hotel requires a taxi to get into Groningen which are very expensive.

Great stay, flexible and friendly staff and policies.

Pros: Size of the rooms; friendliness of the staff towards us and our dos; cleanness and amenities where just great. The location and the parking was also superb. The late checkout option was the cherry on the cake.

Cons: There was no Iron and Iron board in the rooms, which would have made it easier when coming for business and hence an essential part of neatness. Break fast, although sufficient, but could use a bit more variety of products (honey, better coffee)

Pros: Clean, spacious and quiet rooms, air conditioning was working well. Good assortment on breakfast. Parking was free and plenty of space. Location worked fine as we were travelling by own car.

Cons: Door for the bathroom would have been nice (toilet had a door)

Thoroughly enjoyable corporate experience at a good price.

Pros: A really comfortable very corporate hotel. Food and drink were reasonably priced. Great location for exploring Groningen as the hotel is next door to the bus interchange with frequent, cheap buses in to the centre. Very accessible.

Cons: All good -can't knock it at the price.
