Pros: Great location and comfortable room and friendly staff

Cons: Lights in the room were poor, room was dark. We had to ask for fresh towels and room was not cleaned any day during our stay. Breakfast was too expensive at €18 per person and we were charged for two days even though we only had breakfast on one day.

Pros: Excellent secure parking for motorbikes, great location to explore Groningen centre, very helpful staff, room and breakfast met all our needs for just one night passing through on a tour.

Pros: Our stay was excellent! The hotel is in an unbeatable location, with the city center just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The hotel was small, but had all the amenities. We would definitely repeat the experience!

Now my go-to place, for work visits.

Pros: Breakfast buffet has about 40 items. Medium-soft foam mattress and good bedding. 7 light sources in the room. Surprising gym, under-used. Jolly lounge with various table heights for tackling some paperwork, with good wifi. Nice staff. On a street full of little bars and cafes open till at least 1 a.m. Four mins walk to a Jumbo supermarket. If you leave anything in the room at departure, they phone you about it when the cleaner finds it. Nice touch!

Cons: Casement window didn't tightly close (against street noise). Fashionable basin style with no 'bung' (and therefore no overflow...) is a bit irritating. Scrambled egg slightly over-salted for today's healthy people, while notices congratulate you for taking the stairs not the lift.

Great place to stay with easy access to the old town.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, with the city center and lots of restaurants and cafes close by, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but needs some bigger cups for tea would be nice. Room was comfortable and being a smaller hotel it was easy and quick to get in and out.

Cons: Needed a light in the space where you make coffee. Some real milk for the tea and coffee would be nice. The shower over the bath was a bit hard to negotiate for a short/older person.
