Super nice stay and super nice staff !

Pros: I am very happy with my stay. I asked for an early check in which was not possible so they offered me an upgrade. then I could have the room on time to get prepared for my work. thank you so much again, and the upgrade was superb!

Cons: nothing, I liked it all !

good quality/price ratio

Pros: a nice hotel, conveniently located very close to the railways station. The staff is nice and kind. the quality of the soap and other products in the hotel is superb. the room was essential but spacious and very clean

Cons: the only issue is that the day of the arrival they phoned me to let me know that the desk would have closed at 17 (much earlier than what stated in booking) and I had to check myself in with a code they gave me. There was no problem with that, but just different from what stated in their booking page.

Pros: The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. Super friendly. Good knowledge about the city layout and assisted with overnight parking. Also helped with finding the nearest pharmacy, \

Cons: Free parking that is part of your hotel booking would be preferable.

Great hotel in a nice location

Pros: The rooms are very comfortable, well-equipped. The breakfast was very nice and organic (with a very good coffee)

Cons: The sun came early in the room as the curtains did not block all the light. But that’s a small minus point.

Friendly hotel in a great location, ideal for a short stay. Thanks!

Pros: We received a lovely friendly welcome and the hotel is in a great location close to train station on the edge of the old city centre. Spacious room with comfy beds, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Cons: Overall the room seemed a bit tired. One of the blinds had detatched itself from the top fastenings and the door was damaged on the inside. I also think the bathroom in particular could do with a good deep clean, into all the nooks and crannies. But this would not stop me from booking again as we did enjoy our stay due to the positive points I mentioned above.
