Enjoyable stay at a great hotel with super friendly and efficient staff

Pros: The staff were very helpful and solved a problem for me speedily.

Overnight stay with everything we needed.

Pros: Warm welcome even though we arrived late. Bar was closed, but reception staff member found drinks for us to take to the room. Good breakfast, room was comfortable and clean.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff. I really liked that there is a recreation area outside, if you live on the first floor. On the upper floors there is a balcony.

Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall I liked everything.

Excellent for a short stay

Pros: Conveniently located at a short distance from the railway station. shops nearby (a Lidl just across the street), coffee shops, restaurants. The room was of a decent size, easily accomodating 3 people. The overhead bed is a great feature. Selection of pillows available on request. The restaurant was very nice, a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet suits many preferences.

Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaned better (found hair in the sink) but not a major setback.

Great location in the town, near the centre. Would stay again.

Pros: The room was clean and modern. I was even given prior warning that during my stay and event was on in their function room, but likely I would not be bothered by the noise. I wasn't bothered by the noise. The location is very good for using the facilities in Emmen town centre. All within walking distance. The bar/terrace was very good and the breakfast selection was also very good.

Cons: The gym could be more modern and have some a slightly better selection for some of the training equipment. Having a smart TV which you can use your apps on would be a good idea as this is now a standard feature in other hotels.
