Exactly what we needed!

Pros: Loved having the whole apartment with everything well stocked. Location is fantastic!

Cons: Nothing at all besides the shower curtain sticking to me as I showered because the shower area is small. lol

Eventhough my daughter lives in Groningen in a one bedroom apartment I would stay again at Business Park Apartments as l

Pros: The location was exceptional and walking distance to City Centre restaurants as well as leisure walks in Noordeplatsoen

Cons: Private yet close-by everything. Spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding and super spacious wet room even to do laundry.

Perfect location, homey comfort, and fresh local food just steps away!

Pros: We stayed in a business suite consisting of a bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to stick to our own diet. The location was perfect — right in the centre, so we could try different places for lunch every day.

Cons: The apartment felt just like home, very comfortable, and we didn’t have to change any of our usual routines. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be to improve the cookware set a bit — but overall, we were really happy with our stay!

Fantastic place to stay, in a great location

Pros: We really loved our stay at this beautiful guesthouse! The decor and style in our apartment was very impressive. Very comfortable rooms with unique designs. So many thoughtful touches too, like gifts for my Mom who was celebrating her Birthday! We felt very happy and safe staying here. The location is also excellent - short walk from many lovely shops and restaurants. Loved being right on the water! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to coming back.

Cons: Nothing could be improved!

Fabulous apartment in great location.

Pros: The apartment was very well appointed and well designed. Clean and well-located. Ear plugs were supplied in case of nocturnal street noise but they weren’t needed.

Cons: Nothing - loved it.

Excellent accomodation

Pros: The flat is located near the city center in a rather quiet area with supermarkets and a lot of restaurants in a ~3 min radius.. Quite bright and spacious it's completly furnished with everything you need for a longer stay. The beds are also comfortable and the cushions are quite firm and not needlessly fluffy.

Delightful position overlooking the canal. Good cafe/ bar run by the hotel below.

Pros: Everything! Very spacious, nicely decorated and appointed. Excellent location

Cons: Floor in bath area was difficult to dry. Front door and door to balcony very difficult to operate. Former was fixed but not latter.

A Great Choice for Longer Stays

Pros: We've have been here several times now and have experienced different accommodations. This time, we stayed in the top floor apartment with a breathtaking view of Groningen city center. As always, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. The apartments are exceptionally comfortable and the location is ideal - just a short walk from Vismarkt. The cleaning service is outstanding, surpassing the usual standards in the Netherlands. Additionally, breakfast and a garage spot are available as optional sevices, which could be convenient for guests.

We love Groningen and we love your beautiful guest house. Thank you!

Pros: We didn’t take advantage of the meals at the guesthouse but will do next time. All in all we had a lovely experience. Staff were amazing, professional, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in suited our needs perfectly. THANK YOU!! We’ll be back. 🙏

Very enjoyable and appreciate the Business Guesthouse service and the extra mile they go to

Pros: Facilities, location and comfort - many extras incl eg coffee/tea and washing facilities - reception very helpful and they upgraded me as son staying with me - really appreciated as some of bathrooms within bedrooms.

Cons: Did miss the cleaning on day 2 and none then for rest of stay (7 days) would have appreciated but understand can't always work. Overall cleanliness excellent.
