Hotel Restaurant 'de Vossenberg'

Lovely older charming hotel and Restaurant.

Pros: Rustic charm, old property, loved by the owners. A really warm atmosphere.

Pros: I liked the interior in the main areas and the cleanliness. The service was excellent and feedback was responded to positively.

Cons: The kettle in my room kept tripping. I fed this back upon checkout and they took action straightaway. There were no sockets near the bedsides to plug your mobile into. I had forgotten that my room reservation included breakfast and they didn't remind me about this at checkin. So I didn't avail myself of those facilities. It would be great to have a bit more green space to walk the dog away from the main road - especially as I was charged extra for bringing her with me (this always bugs me as there's no surcharge for bringing children along).

Great hotel.

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food in the restaurant was of an excellent standard and the beer was pretty good too. The selection of food available for breakfast was very good, with all of the usual offerings for a continental breakfast and, a very nice touch, was the griddle so that you could cook your own bacon just how you like it. The room and bed were everything I needed for my one night stay.

Cons: The bathroom felt incredibly cramped & when I sat on the toilet I had to bend to one side because the toilet paper dispenser was right where my shoulder would have been if I had sat straight.

Pros: The hotel was so cute! Didn't expect it to be so charming, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was included and it was basic but still good. We wanted to get a hotel close to Defqon.1 festival, taxi ride took around 20min. The hotel was quiet and in a quiet neighborhood, which was very nice after spending the whole day at a festival.

Cons: The lighting in the room could have been better. The room didn't have an AC, but it did have a fan so it wasn't so bad.

An excellent hotel in a beautiful location

Pros: Welcoming staff. Very comfortable beds and a fan in the room was great! Lovely evening meal too.

Cons: Nothing, we would stop here again.

Great Value for Money in a great Area!

Pros: Great value room incl. breakfast. Everything very clean, very nice staff and great surroundings.

Cons: Waiter charged us for some beer-nuts to accompany our beers; not very hospitable.
