Perfect stay. They have set a high bar.

Pros: Great breakfast, great staff, very nice rooms and lovely shower. They give you ferry tickets. Small additions made our stay hassle free. Thank you!

Cons: can add some more vegetarian or vegan options to breakfast. Hash browns, avocado toast etc

Pros: Beautiful location, beautiful view over the river, very comfortable beds and bath, clean.

Cons: Sometimes noisy room, restaurant a bit too posh and overpriced for my liking, you have to pay extra for roomservice while the room is already quite expensive.

Pros: We loved the place, the bedroom, the food (breakfast as well as the lunch). there is a beautiful view and easy access by bike of boat to the city center. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons: our room was located in front of the elevator & the storage room for the cleaning ladies, which created a bit of noise especially in the morning hours.

Pros: Everything. The location is amazing, the staff is wonderful, superfriendly. The rooms are great, comfy and clean.

Perfect corporate stay

Pros: We had a corporate stay at this hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful and easy to find, with free parking on the premises. They offered a welcome drink and carried our luggage to our room. The facilities are incredible; the gym is small but decent, and the sauna is fantastic (though you need to book it in advance). The breakfast is à la carte, a bit expensive but really delicious with a very nice selection. The room was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. The staff is really friendly and super accommodating. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location is lovely. Really enjoyed the short ferry across the river to and from the city. The hotel is very nice, and staff are friendly and helpful, the room was large and carpeted. The bed was wonderful with quality bedding, including the best pillows I have come across in a hotel. Plenty of hot water, good shower. Breakfast was served and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Cons: The breakfast didn't really suit me. As a solo traveler I did like the atmosphere but it took a little too long to be served, probably due to being freshly prepared. The menu choice was difficult for me, being too fancy , but this is a personal preference. Most people seemed to be enjoying breakfast. I do not like the bathroom shampoos, shower gel, body lotion etc in small plastic tubes. It is incredibly wasteful and bad for the environment. Much better to have dispensers.
