Recreatiecentrum de Kluft

Perfect stay in rural area, great place to explore that region

Pros: I was in a Hotel, above the restaurant, the room was enough (Please consider, not all room has its own bathroom and wc - but for me was not a problem - I was there for a long weekend). The place is really calm, you can rent a bike there to explore the rural area.

Cons: I cannot complain. Calm area.

Pros: Our stay at De Kluft recreation center was very pleasant. The rooms and sanitary installations look a little old and we only had a shared bathroom, but everything was neat and clean. We had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, TV, even a version of the Old Covenant (very much appreciated!), what do you want more for 73 € per night in the Netherlands?! Furthermore, the restaurant of the premises serves delicious food, all the waitresses were polite and very attentive, as usually in the Netherlands. The playground next to the terrace of the restaurant was also well equipped and clean. The location right at the Weerribben-Wieden is also very convenient. There are many outdoor activity options right on the spot, the place is managed in an excellent way!

Value for money.

Pros: Basic setup. Good value for money. The beds were comfy. Bikes, kayaks and boats available for rent on site.

Cons: Facilities cater mainly to the camper crowd. The hotel is an after thought. Separately purchasable breakfast (EUR 13,6 pp) was basic at best.

We went boating and looked at houses on the water. We are vacationing here for the second year in April when there are n

Pros: Excellent location and beautiful nature. Friendly staff. Very clean and warm room with comfortable beds.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Best option if you want to have rest far from the city, cycle or walk around

Pros: Beautiful area, nice room, amazing window view to the nature, quite and nice.

Cons: One toilet for 7 rooms at the beginning felt like not enough however we didn't have any problem.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Pros: De rust ‘s nachts, goede bedden. Heerlijk ontbijt.
