Lovely and the most beautiful stay
Pros: View from the window, outside dine set up, living room and kitchen all were excellent - a lovely cottage.
Cons: Password to WiFi was written in correctly in the piece of paper.. So I never had WiFi during the stay.

Pros: Good location - walking distance to Giethoorn old village center. The chalet is very nice, exactly like in the pictures and clean. Very easy self-checkin.
Cons: There was an unpleasant smell in the main room like someone smoked a lot in there… I can only assume it was that… - but still the overall experience was great

Pros: Very good property shown exactly like the pictures. Right next to the canal , very scenic and has a small terrace to enjoy the weather. There was a bicycle for use as well. Air conditioner helped us in the hot weather. Enough amount of kitchen utensils were provided for convenient use.
Cons: The towels were very small and hence difficult to use. Also it would be if they provide a toaster.

Had a lovely stay at comfortable bungalow
Pros: The fact that the bungalow is next to water canals close to boat rentals close to the city center the bathroom
Cons: was no microwave the directions to the bungalow inside the camping can be given more precisely

Pros: It is a small place with narrow doorways, yet somehow felt spacious with its two separate bedrooms and slightly vaulted ceiling. All amenities were available and accurately described. It was amazing to be able to dock our 2-hour boat rental at the chalet for a short toddler snack break in the middle of our boat trip. It would be easy access to bike rental, but we arrived on the weekend and apparently the rental place had no Sunday hours (Google led us astray there). We had to walk a mile to get our bikes (Haven133 bike and boat rental are very much recommended to all!) This was a beautiful walk and we didn't mind, but others may want to plan more carefully than we did.

Ein rund um schöner Kurzurlaub.
Pros: Die Lage der Chalets ist wirklich schön. Die Schwäne sind direkt an unserem Fenster vorbei geschwommen. Das Zentrum ist Fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Die Chalets sind relativ einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Really nice vacation place with small issues to address
Pros: Excellent location: secluded, peaceful, and green, right at one of the channels, at a walking distance from the touristic part of Giethoorn. Comfy living room, spacious private terrace, and a parking slot right next to the house. Air conditioning inside the house was good and quite necessary, as the wooden house heats up under the sunlight but cools down quickly at night. Self check-in was easy.
Cons: First of all, we didn't receive the baby crib, which we explicitly asked for. As check-in and check-out were self-service, there was no one on site to contact. The bedroom was very small, with a tiny wardrobe and no cupboards. The mattress was in a pretty bad shape: creaking and bumpy springs. Might have been just fine if we didn't sleep together with a baby on it... We didn't like the towels provided: some of them smelled unpleasant, which means they were not properly washed. Also, all of them were hand towels, which were too small to use for the shower. To make matters worse, the sink in the bathroom was congested and smelled somewhat unpleasant. We gave feedback to the property owners, and they promised to address those cleanliness issues. Another thing we didn't like: there was no shower gel and no shampoo, even though they were listed in the list of amenities: we only found a limited amount of cheap handsoap at the sink. Lastly, the self check-out was quite a hassle, as the front gate of the resort can only be opened by a remote inside the house, and the waste containers are really far away from the house...
