Pros: Hospitality, location, design, and nice details of the house. The owner was very sincere and explained why the house can't be ready before 17:00 due to cleaning necessity. The piano and the guitars as well as the creative and colourful interior design of the house.

Cons: Facilities and furniture are beautiful but old and cracky. The entire upstairs where bedrooms are is too cold and there is no possibility to heat up. There are only a dozen hand towels but no bath towels, for a really cold bathroom it is really not comfortable in October. Also the check in time is only 17:00, which is extremely late plus check out is early at 10:00.
