Lovely and Romantic stay in the heart of Groningen

Pros: Luxurious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Mood lighting. It had a spacious bath and a nice wood-smelling sauna. Everything was equiped for a relaxing night out!

Cons: only one part we saw was dusty: above the bed frame. Oh and the boat noises need some getting used to.

Great houseboat experience!

Pros: A stylishly decorated, conveniently located accommodation in the centre of Groningen. The stand alone bath was luxurious and heating very adequate during our chilly stay.

Cons: When there are waves in the canal, the houseboat can be a bit noisy swaying about, as if someone is stomping on the roof. But got used to it quickly. There could have been more storage space for clothes, but adequate for our short stay.

Pros: This was the true highlight of the trip. Eliza, the houseboat owner, was extremely hospitable and accommodating. She made every effort to assure that the houseboat was in perfect order for us. She even had a bottle of champagne for us. The accommodations were amazing and extravagant. We wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like other than not having stayed longer.

Awesome!

Pros: Very nice solution, friendly owners, awesome location, very relaxing. Not sure I could ask for anything more, but some things might be good for others to know.

Cons: All noise from people talking and walking by is heard. I am not used to it, but still had a very good time. Some people might struggle with the last step down the entrance stairs, especially on low tide.

Heerlijk verblijf midden in de binnenstad!

Pros: Super sfeervol ingerichte woonboot. Heerlijk bed en mooi bad in het midden. Tot in de details is alles netjes afgewerkt. Ook veel kleinere dingen kloppen, goede en voldoende koffie, Handdoeken, kussens, shampoo enz.. En heel leuk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. De volgende keer in Groningen slapen wij hier zeker weer !!!
