Great stay
Pros: Good value, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed for the price, great location for acessing town centre, supermarket nearby, parking available. Overall fantastic and good value.
Cons: Be aware there is some noise from the street if you are sleeping in the loungeroom, but only a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Pros: Easy check late check in process. Well furnished and equipped.
Cons: Parking for motorbikes is across the street in private parking bays. But the area feels safe, so an acceptable risk.

Pros: Very nice place, exactly like the pictures. Nice furniture and decor, makes it feel very comfortable and like home. Everything you need in the kitchen - even a small dishwaser! Easy check-in and good location. Free coffee and tea. Very comfortable pillows and duvets.
Cons: The stairs going to the apartment are very steep, so it was a bit uncomfortable walking on them while carrying a small baby. The walls in the bedroom were a bit thin, so we could sometimes hear noise from another apartment. It was not something that bothered us though, just something we noticed.

Pros: Nice apartment, one double bed and a sofa bed cute kitchen, great location. Big shower.
Cons: Awkward layout, shower is open behind the bedroom and the toilet is also only accessible from the bedroom. For a group of friends this may need some planning to ensure privacy

Pros: The place was very nice and well organized. It looks and feels amazing. I will surely recommend it anyone who is visiting Groningen. It's just few min walk from the city centere and it's very clean.

Pros: The interior design and decoration was very thoughtful and comfortable. It felt like having a real home in this beautiful city. It was very close to a grocery store, clean and cozy. The staff on the phone was very friendly and helpful and always reachable. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We would come back again!
Cons: A little more overall instruction for the self-check-in, check-out as well as the microwave and the induction stove would have been nice. Little instruction-sheets on the table or online-info in the booking-app or in an e-mail would have been versatile. We had to call multiple times to find out how things work and we gave the key to the housekeeper, because we didn't see anybody at the reception. Also: there was no hand soap on the sink.
